Delta Bank becomes an HR brand in Ukraine!

The Bank is recognized as one of the best in the category “Region”

On November 28, the awarding ceremony of the project “HR Brand of Ukraine 2013” took place in Kiev. This project is a kind of a professional “Oscar” in the HR field.

The “HR Brand Award Ukraine 2013” project involved 38 Ukrainian and international companies , and awards were given to 49 projects in four major categories: “Capital,” “Region,” “Ukraine”, and “World”.

In the category “Region”, the second prize was given to Delta Bank. It should be noted that Delta Bank became the only representative of the banking sector to secure victory in the main categories of the competition.

At the competition, Delta Bank presented its HR strategy for relocation of business process service units from Kiev to Poltava, and for building corporate culture in the geographically separate site where almost 600 people are employed today.

Delta Bank’s project “Poltava operating platform — the start of your successful career” reflects a comprehensive program of activities intended to attract, motivate, train and retain staff in a contact centre, strategy and tactics to build the brand of Delta Bank as a reliable employer for young people in Poltava.

Within the HR Brand Award project, the following six key elements of the comprehensive program “Delta Bank — start your successful career” have been presented:

1. The program of a long-term cooperation with universities and centers of employment.

2. Functional training programs for the employees of operating platforms.

3. A clear and transparent system of career growth for employees who get a job with no working experience or without specific banking experience.

4. The training program for the internal personnel reserve for managerial positions, namely “The School of Management,” “The Leadership School”, “The School of Coaching”.

5. The “Recognition” program — recognition and encouragement of the best staff performance (competitions such as “The Best Employee”, “The Best Division” etc.).

6. PR campaign to create the image of Delta Bank as an attractive employer.
